I have been struggling with ADHD for a long time without diagnosis, and never realized once I had medication that I needed to bring healthier structures into my life until I took a second to look through these guides and realize everything doesn’t always have to feel so hard all the time. This book was great, very helpful to find what foods might be helpful and which ones might be counter productive. It also helped motivate me to eat more healthy and encourage me to finally meet my weight gain goals.

So useful. Even to just start tracking mood and symptoms. I also recently started to worry about the additional impact of dehydration on brain function long term so having a water tracker in there is great. I regularly forget to drink anything. :( Thanks!
There are some really easy recipes in here, which I really appreciate! I also love that a lot of them use similar ingredients so that I can get used to keeping certain things in stock and having flexibility with what I make. I like that there are notes for what substitutions work well if you don't have some ingredients. And some have suggestions for vegans too.
I love this book. It really helps me slow my brain as well as take a second and breathe
