I loved having this book to help my 8yr old son articulate his adhd. The pages were great conversation starters & allowed him to write what he was feeling, which helped with his diagnosis process. Thank you!

It asks me some questions that I have been asking myself for a very long time. I haven't found all the answers, but it's an ongoing process and I'm glad that I have this guide and workbook to help me through it.

Useful but needed a little more detail and space
I found this booklet useful for working through and ordering my thoughts, symptoms and how they affect various parts of my life. However, I think there is a lot of space for images and colouring in and not much space for actually writing down how it affects you or when you first remember issues with that symptom, it would be useful perhaps for each bit to have a little more info/examples and then a space for writing but broken into more manageable sections. i.e When did yo first remember issues with this symptom (text space) then How did this affect you at school. (text space) and at work? (text space) etc. It is a BIG work book so I'm trying to remember to spend a little time each evening filling in a page or two at a time.
It would also be useful to have a save able editable text field version for the computer or an app version, so I could easily type up straight away., tap the brains to colour them in, mark the boxes etc, then send it to my e-mail then printer.
I know I'm going to finish writing it up, then put off typing it up, making it basically illegible for when I finally get a diagnosis appointment.
Also I love the spaces for colouring but could maybe have a version that is a little more focused on the documenting, with smaller colouring in sections. I think a lot of adults have struggled for materials for adults with ADHD, Autism etc and a lot of it being targeted at kids, it feels to me, a little infantile-ising working through it.

Useful tool, but could be made more ADHD accessible and having more text space.
